Positive aspects of the stay at Aksan Hotel in Izmir: The staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast provided was great for both adults and children. The value for the money paid was just right. The location was excellent and they provided parking.

Spent xmas at a hotel recently, and I was quite impressed! The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the room was very spacious and clean. The best part was the location - it was right in the center of town, so we could easily walk to all the main attractions. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby that were open even on Christmas day!

There were a couple of downsides. First, the noise from the street outside was quite loud at night, so it was hard to sleep.

Friendly personnel. Car was parked by them in a locked parking space. They gave us their VIP room although we did not booked that room. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location as it is close to the metro station, city centre, bus station and a supermarket. the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. the staff was helpful and provided good service. They also offered a decent breakfast and the view from the room was pleasant.

The whole ambience of this Hotel is one of friendly but profesional efficiency, which (in my particular case,) nothing was to much trouble in assisting me with probably minor requests.but to a non Turkish speaking visitor, was invaluable and very much appreciated. Thank you.

We had a great stay at this luxury hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were given an upgraded executive suite with a jacuzzi, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and in-room safe. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. We were also impressed by the level of service provided by the staff, especially during our early morning departure. this place exceeded our expectations and offered exceptional value for the money.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone.
